Lead Pastor
Wayne has been in ministry for over 35 years. He has served in just about every area of ministry. from touring musician, to inner city pastor. from associate and creative arts pastor to campus pastor. He has felt God not just call him but "PUSH" him into the work here in the Mandeville and Covington area. He has been the lead pastor of Legacy church for 10 years.
Wayne has 2 Daughters, Victoria and Amanda and have been living and serving in the Mandeville and Covington area for over 20 years.
